From time to time, we take a look at our terms of service and privacy policies to make sure they're in line with our product and industry standards.

In our last review, we noticed that as a company we were claiming some rights to use our customers' data in a way that don't match our product and our customers' expectations.

What's Changing?

We've made an adjustment to our Terms of Service to make those rights more clear and to align them better with the way our product actually works.

In layman's terms, we never share our customers' data with anyone that our customers' do not explicitly configure via our platform.  We also do not perform any analytics on our customers' data without their explicit permissions. Nothing has changed in our product or in how we use data in our product. These changes simply make those points more clear.

What do I need to do?

You don't need to do anything. You're data remains as safe as it's always been, and nothing is changing in our application or how we use your data.  If you have any questions, please reach out to your account manager or and we'll get right back to you.
